This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you (“User”) may access and use the Prund mobile application (“the App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Overview of the App
Prund is an AI-powered platform where users can engage in personalized, conversational experiences with fictional AI-generated characters. These conversations are designed for creative expression, companionship, and digital exploration.
There is no central theme or narrative—interactions are shaped entirely by user input and the behavior of dynamic AI personalities.
2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction)
Be legally able to form a binding contract
Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Account Registration
Certain features of the App may require registration. You agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date account information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
4. Nature of AI Interactions
All characters within Prund are powered by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and understand that:
AI characters are purely virtual and fictional
Conversations may contain unexpected, inaccurate, or emotionally charged content
Outputs are generated algorithmically and are not the views or opinions of the development team
The App is intended for entertainment, social simulation, and creative interaction only. Do not rely on it for mental health support, legal, financial, or medical advice.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the App responsibly and refrain from:
Engaging in illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior
Creating, requesting, or promoting explicit, violent, or hateful content
Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or manipulate the AI system
Impersonating others or using the App to harass individuals or groups
Violation of these rules may result in a suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
6. User Content and Data
When you interact with the App, you may submit text or other input (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content to operate and improve the App.
We collect and process the following data:
User-generated messages and interactions
Device and usage information (e.g., version, IP, OS)
Optional profile settings or preferences

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, interface, AI behavior, and branding, belong to the creators of Prund or its licensors.

Use the App’s content for commercial or malicious purposes
8. Changes to the App or Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the App, including this Agreement, at any time. Changes become effective upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you:
Breach this Agreement
Misuse or abuse the App
Engage in behavior harmful to the community or platform integrity
Termination may result in loss of access to user data or saved preferences.
